Intelligent System’s mobile game title Fire Emblem Heroes had just announced a new banner of heroes titled Despair and Hope.

This time, the game will be featuring units from the Tellius continent of Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn and Fire Emblem Path of Radiance games.

Featured Units:

Ilyana (Blue Infantry Mage)

Skills:

• Blarfox+ (Weapon)

If unit initiates combat, inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-4 on foe during combat. 

• Iceberg (Special)

Boosts damage by 50% of unit’s Res. 

• Mirror Strike 2 (Slot A)

If unit initiates combat, grants Atk/Res+4 during combat. 

• Res Ploy 3 (Slot C)

At start of turn, inflicts Res-5 on foes in cardinal directions with Res < unit’s Res through their next actions. 

Shinon (Colorless Infantry Bow)

Skills:

• Double Bow (Weapon)

Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). Effective against flying foes. If unit is not adjacent to an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat and unit can counterattack regardless of foe’s range. 

• Deadeye (Special)

Doubles damage dealt. Disables non-Special skills that “reduce damage by X%”.

• Atk/Def Solo 4 (Slot A)

If unit is not adjacent to an ally, grants Atk/Def+7 during combat. 

• Lull Atk/Spd 3 (Slot B)

Inflicts Atk/Spd-3 on foe and neutralizes foe’s bonuses to Atk/Spd (from skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.) during combat. 

• Time’s Pulse 3 (Slot C)

At start of turn, if Special cooldown count is at its maximum value, grants Special cooldown count-1. 

Gatrie (Blue Armor Lance)

Skills:

• Spirited Spear+ (Weapon)

If [Bonus] is active on unit, grants Atk/Def+4 and Special cooldown charge+1 per foe’s attack during combat. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack. Special cooldown charge granted even if foe’s attack deals 0 damage.)

All effects that last “for 1 turn” or “that turn only” includes bonuses granted by a skill like Rally or Hone and positive status effects (extra movement or effects like Dominance).

• Moonbow (Special)

Treats foe’s Def/Res as if reduced by 30% during combat. 

Fort. Def/Res 3 (Slot A)

Grants Def/Res+6. Inflicts Atk-2

• Craft Fighter 3 (Slot B)

If unit’s HP ≥ 25% and foe initiates combat, unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack and inflicts Special cooldown charge-1 on foe per attack. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack.)

Jill (Green Flier Axe)

• Talregan Axe (Weapon)

Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If unit initiates combat or if unit within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6 during combat. If unit initiates combat, unit can make a follow-up attack before foe can counterattack. 

• Moonbow (Special)

Treats foe’s Def/Res as if reduced by 30% during combat. 

• Atk/Spd Push 4

At start of combat, if unit’s HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd+7, but after combat, if unit’s attacked, deals 5 damage to unit.

• Chill Atk/Spd 2

At start of turn, inflicts Atk/Spd-5 on foe on the enemy team with the highest Atk+Spd total through its next action.

• Spd/Def Rein 3

Inflicts Spd/Def-4 on foes within 2 spaces during combat.
