Earlier today, ADATA Technology unveiled ADATA DDR5-4800 and XPG LANCER DDR5, two new next-generation high-performance memory modules. Both modules are capable of reaching frequencies of up to 5200MT/s for the upcoming 12th Gen Intel platform.

As DDR5 memory modules will be available for the INTEL 12th generation platform by the end of October, ADATA has conducted joint testing with motherboard brands AORUS, ASROCK, ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSI, and ROG to ensure maximum compatibility and optimal performance.

ADATA DDR5-4800: A boost in speed, capacity and reliability

Compared to the previous-generation memory modules, DDR5 greatly improves the overall PC performance by allowing more bandwidth to be allocated to each CPU cores. It has a built-in Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) that greatly improves the overall energy efficiency, allowing higher frequencies of up to 4800MT/s with lower power than its predecessors.  

The ADATA DDR5-4800 memory module is made from high-quality chips that has undergone strict testing and complies with JEDEC and RoHS standards for the utmost in quality and reliability. It is also equipped with an Error Correcting Code (ECC) technology for high-precision data transmissions and enhanced reliability.

Price & Availability

The ADATA DDR5-4800 will be available by the end of this October in single stick variants up to 32GB capacities and dual kit variants up to 64GB capacities. SO-DIMM variants will be available by the fourth quarter of this year to meet the needs of laptop users. 

As for the XPG LANCER DDR5, it will be available by this November in dual kit variant.
