The developers behind Girls’ Frontline: Fire Control have announced that the game will be ending its service on August 26, 2026. The official notice, posted by the Fire Control Operations Team on June 10, 2026, confirmed the shutdown and laid out a timeline of what players can expect in the coming weeks.

The game will officially go offline on August 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM (UTC+8). At that point, all servers will be shut down, players will no longer be able to log in, and all account data and character information stored on the servers will be permanently deleted.
Before that happens, several services will be closing earlier. Starting July 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM (UTC+8), players will no longer be able to top up, create new accounts, or download the game. The game will also be pulled from both the App Store and Google Play on that same date.

As for compensation, the team is distributing 2,000 free diamonds to all players every Wednesday from June 10 up until the final shutdown date on August 26. A separate compensation plan covering remaining paid diamonds and other account-related matters is still being worked out, with the team saying details will be shared in a future announcement. Players are encouraged to keep an eye on the game’s official channels for updates.
In the announcement, the Operations Team thanked the community, referred to as the Chrono Squad, for their support and feedback throughout the game’s run, and apologized for the inconvenience the shutdown brings.
Girls’ Frontline: Fire Control is a spin-off within the broader Girls’ Frontline franchise. Players with questions about the shutdown or their accounts can reach out through the game’s official customer support channels.
