Publisher GREE Entertainment and developer ASOBIMO have announced a new mobile game based on the popular anime series Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. The game, titled Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Chronicle of Echoes, is a 3D battle RPG scheduled to launch in Japan in 2026.
The announcement came during a special 5th anniversary broadcast of the Mushoku Tensei TV anime on ABEMA on January 10, 2026. A teaser trailer was shown during the event, featuring scenes from the first and second seasons of the anime alongside the reveal of the upcoming mobile game.
Chronicle of Echoes will be available as a free download on iOS and Android devices, with optional in-app purchases. The game is described as a “serious otherworldly 3D battle RPG,” though specific gameplay details have not been revealed yet.
GREE Entertainment will handle planning and distribution for the title, while ASOBIMO Inc. takes on development and operation duties. The game has an official X (formerly Twitter) account and a dedicated YouTube channel where the teaser trailer is available.
