SEGA is bringing Malaysia its first official community celebration for Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties. The event will take place in Kuala Lumpur on February 12, 2026. Fans of the Like a Dragon series can now experience Kiryu and Mine’s latest adventures up close.

Meet the Mind Behind the Game

Ryosuke Horii, Producer and Director of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties from RGG Studio, will attend the event as a special guest. Fans will get a rare chance to hear behind-the-scenes stories from the game’s development. After the main activities, participants can join an autograph session with Mr. Horii, creating a personal connection to the franchise.

Event Highlights and Activities

The launch event will feature multiple fan-focused activities. A live on-stage game demo will showcase key gameplay moments and highlight new features. Fans can test their knowledge during a trivia session, with chances to win prizes. Additionally, attendees can participate in a karaoke mini-game, inspired by the series’ signature entertainment scenes. Finally, a lucky draw will allow participants to take home special collectibles.

The event runs from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM MYT, with the autograph session starting at 8:00 PM. Times may change. The exact venue will be shared only with selected participants, as this is a closed-door event. Fans interested in attending must apply via the official application form by January 16, 2026.
