Fans across the Klang Valley will soon have the opportunity to experience a travelling Pokémon-themed activation this May, as the Pokémon Truck begins its multi-location tour across several major shopping destinations in the region. The event brings interactive activities, themed photo opportunities, and limited giveaways inspired by Pokémon Pokopia, offering visitors a closer look at the upcoming cozy life-simulation experience set in the Pokémon universe.
Designed as a family-friendly roadshow event, the Pokémon Truck transforms selected mall spaces into temporary Pokémon-themed activity zones where visitors can explore installations based on the relaxing world of Pokémon Pokopia. The activation is positioned as part of the broader promotional lead-up to the game’s release, giving fans a chance to engage with its atmosphere and themes in a more hands-on way.
Pokémon Truck Klang Valley Schedule – May 2026
The Pokémon Truck will visit the following locations throughout the month:
| Dates | Location |
| May 8 – 10 | Sunway Pyramid |
| May 13 – 15 | The Exchange TRX |
| May 15 – 17 | Elmina Lakeside Mall |
| May 22 – 24 | Sungei Wang Plaza |

Each stop runs for three days, making the tour accessible to visitors across multiple parts of the Klang Valley.
Step Inside the Interactive Pokémon Truck Experience

At each location, visitors can step inside the Pokémon Truck itself to explore a dedicated interactive showcase inspired by Pokémon Pokopia. The interior setup highlights elements from the game’s peaceful world-building concept, allowing attendees to get a closer look at its tone and visual direction ahead of launch.
Outside the truck area, themed photo zones will also be available for visitors who want to capture moments with friends and family during the event. These installations are designed to reflect the cozy atmosphere associated with the upcoming title, making them especially appealing for younger audiences and longtime Pokémon fans alike.
On selected weekends, Pikachu mascot appearances will take place as part of the scheduled activities. These appearances are expected to be among the most popular highlights of the roadshow and typically draw strong interest from visitors attending the activation.
Limited Pokémon Sun Visors Available While Stocks Last
In addition to the interactive showcase and photo opportunities, visitors can also receive exclusive Pokémon-themed sun visors during the event. These items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are expected to be distributed in limited quantities at each stop.
As the Pokémon Truck continues its Klang Valley tour throughout May, the travelling activation provides multiple opportunities for fans and families to experience a slice of the Pokémon world in person while building excitement ahead of the release of Pokémon Pokopia on Nintendo Switch 2.
