While the event has been announced, no release date has formally been given. Considering how the Death Note collaboration was handled, however, we can expect to see everyone’s favorite anime detective in the game relatively soon.
Titled Case Closed, this crossover will see various characters from Detective Conan drawn in the unique Identity V art style.
What We Know From The Chinese Version Of The Identity V Detective Conan Crossover
This isn’t exactly the debut for this crossover, as the event had already launched in the Chinese servers for the game. From this we know that it will probably be a two-part event, with a second event down the line bringing even more cosmetic rewards into the game.
Assuming the event will start soon, this would place it exactly one year after its debut in the Chinese servers.
Fans can look forward to new costumes based off of the Detective Conan characters such as a Conan skin for Orpheus, a Ran Mouri skin for Coordinator and Kogoro Mouri skin for Lawyer.
On top of that all the characters in the game will also receive new emotes, obtainable via Detective Conan Crossover Essence items in the game.
