The mobile RPG Eversoul, developed and published by Kakao Games, has officially announced that its global service will be coming to an end. The game will reach its End of Service (EoS) on June 30, 2026 (UTC+9), concluding over three years of live operations since its original launch on January 5, 2023.

Notably, this follows the earlier shutdown of the game’s Japanese server, titled “Eversoul JP”, which reached End of Service on August 20, 2025, roughly one year after its regional launch.

A Journey Through Eden Comes to a Close

Since its debut, Eversoul has built its identity around a blend of idle RPG mechanics, real-time strategy combat, and character-focused storytelling. Set in the fantasy world of Eden, players—known as “Saviors”—collected and bonded with a wide roster of characters called Souls, each featuring distinct personalities and narrative arcs.

The development team expressed gratitude toward the community, stating that they have continuously aimed to deliver a meaningful and enjoyable experience throughout the game’s lifespan. However, after evaluating multiple operational factors, the difficult decision was made to discontinue service.

End of Service Timeline and Access Termination

The official shutdown is scheduled for June 30, 2026 (Tuesday), 11:00 UTC+9. At this time, all game services will be permanently terminated. Players will no longer be able to access the game, and all in-game data will be deleted following closure.

In addition, the official community platforms and social media channels will also be shut down on the same date, with all posted content scheduled for removal. Players are advised to save any important materials or memories before the closure.

Payment Restrictions and Refund Policy

Sales of in-game purchases will end after scheduled maintenance on April 29, 2026 (UTC+9).

Refund eligibility applies only to purchases made between March 29, 2026, and April 29, 2026 (before maintenance), provided that all purchased items remain unused. Free currency obtained through events or gameplay is not eligible for refunds.

Players who made purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are required to submit order details or receipts when requesting refunds. Refund requests will be accepted until the final service date on June 30, 2026.

The Eversoul team closed their announcement by thanking all players for their long-standing support and dedication since launch. While the global version of the game prepares to end its service, the developers emphasized their appreciation for the community and the shared experiences built within Eden.
