With the Olympics approaching this year, Sega has released Sonic at the Olympic Games – Tokyo 2020 for iOS and Android mobile devices, launching 7 May 2020.

Sonic and his friends have arrived in Tokyo for the Olympic Games, only to find that Dr. Eggman has taken over the city! What sort of nefarious plan is he plotting this time?

Play through the story to unlock new and challenging Olympic events, stop Dr. Eggman and prevent the Olympic Games from being cancelled!

There are 15 different events that players will be able to participate in, including:

• 100m
• 400m Hurdles
• Javelin Throw
• Archery
• Karate
• Diving
• Shooting
• Sport Climbing
• Fencing
• Trampoline
• Hammer Throw
• Table Tennis
• Long Jump
• BMX
• Badminton

There are a variety of playable characters available, where you can find Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow among others, and of course, Sonic himself. A pre-registration campaign is currently running and will provide a variety of bonuses on reaching the target. Rewards are guaranteed if pre-registrations hit 500,000!
