Dragalia Lost is presently running a collaboration event with Capcom’s Monster Hunter, dubbed PRIMAL CRISIS! Part One began 28 January, 10 PM PT, with an event update set for 3 February 10 PM PT. The event itself lasts until 16 February, 9:59 PM PT. There will be an unlockable epilogue once the event ends, which requires clearing chapter 10 of the story.

Play through an original story and face down both Rathalos and Fatalis! Get Rathalos from blazon summons as you raid through the event. There will be Rathalos trials you can also undertake to test your might! Demolish the parts of the bosses to fill your dragon gauge to ensure your victory!

You can obtain special event weapons with skills to help you take down the monsters, on top of various raid boosts you can acquire. Set down mega barrel bombs up to three times during a raid battle to deal massive damage to the boss! Allied characters will not be injured by the blast so rest assured. You can further damage the destroyed parts to stagger the boss for opportunities to attack!

To celebrate the start of the event, there is also an ongoing campaign! You’ll get, among others:

• 10 day login bonus rewards
• Free tenfold summons in the MONSTER HUNTER PRIMAL CRISIS (Part One) until 7 February 9:59 PM PT
• Double drops for flame and light Imperial Onslaught (ends 4 February 9:59 PM PT)
• Double drops for all elemental ruins including all Expert open
• Double drops for all Dragon Trials
• Double drops for water and wind Imperial Onslaught (begins 4 February 10:00 PM PT)

HUNTER SARISSE

  • Tactical Retreat
    • Deals water damage to enemies in a line, and increases the damage of the user’s next force strike by 100%. This damage increase will not stack.
  • Haste Rain
    • Increases the rate at which the user’s force strikes charge by 30% for 30 seconds. This speed increase will not stack.
• Co-ability
  • Skill Haste +15%
    • Increases skill gauge fill rate by 15%. Benefits your whole team.
• Abilities
  • Bow Expertise +2
    • Grants the user a unique force strike, and increases force strike damage by 30%. Their force strike has four increasingly powerful charge levels and movement is possible while charging. In addition, it will reduce enemy strength by 15% for 10 seconds. This debuff will not stack.
  • Burn Res +100%
    • Reduces susceptibility to burning by 100%.
  • Force Strike Damage & Charge Rate II
    • Increases force strike damage by 25% and charge rate by 20%.

DREADKING RATHALOS

• Skills
  • Ignition Breath
    • Deals flame damage to enemies directly ahead, and inflicts burn.
• Abilities
  • (Flame) Strength & Force Strike Damage II
    • If the user is attuned to Flame: increases strength by 55% and force strike damage by 60%.
  • (Flame) Striking Haste II & Gauge Decelerator +30%
    • If the user is attuned to Flame: increases skill gauge fill rate by 30% when the user’s force strikes connect, but slows the rate the mode gauge decreases by 30%.
