Dragon Quest was a huge franchise back in Japan. The first title was released back in 1986! The IP developed by Square Enix may look familiar as the characters resemble Dragon Ball’s. Well that is true due to the characters of the game are drawn by the artist Akira Toriyama. Since the franchise’s releases, we have been getting them on consoles only. However this time, we have them on our mobile!

It has been 30 years since the first Dragon Quest title but it doesn’t stop Square Enix and the team to create more titles of the IP. Dragon Quest of the Stars is one of them, and it is currently running on mobile. The game has more than 1 million downloads since its release on 15th October 2016. As a social RPG game, you explore star-shaped areas to power up your team as you explore the world! Encounter monsters, gather treasure and explore the world is part of the game’s features that keeps the game exciting and interesting with so much contents; AND it is free-to-play!

The game may not get a global version, however historically Dragon Quest games has always been ported to the western region which means we still have hope for an international version!
