Kuro Games is bringing players a massive new adventure when Wuthering Waves version 2.4 “Lightly We Toss the Crown” launches on June 12. The free-to-play action RPG is adding tons of new content that will keep fans busy.

The biggest addition is Septimont, a brand new region that players can explore. Chapter II Act V: Shadow of Glory will introduce Septimont into the story, where players will experience the Great Agon. The story continues with Chapter II Act VI: Flames of Heart, which focuses on the new character Lupa and the main character’s journey.

Two new playable characters are joining the roster: Cartethyia and Lupa. Cartethyia will be featured in Phase 1 banners, while Lupa arrives in Phase 2. Each character will have their own special weapons – Defier’s Thorn and Wildfire Mark. Players will find plenty of new enemies to fight, including the Lioness of Glory, Nightmare: Kelpie, and various Drake types. There are also new Phantom Echoes like Cuddle Wuddle and Fae to collect and use in battle.

Kuro Games is making the game easier to navigate with several helpful features:

• Focus Mode for main quests so players won’t lose access to characters or areas while playing through the story
• Global Filter options for PC, PS5, and Mac players to customize how the game looks
• In-game Guide Depot with tips on building characters and creating good team combinations
• Fast Track Event that lets players jump straight to newer content areas

The update comes packed with special events like The Everglorious Summit, photo collection challenges, and exploration events in the new Septimont region. Players can also grab free rewards including 10 Radiant Tide pulls through in-game mail. New outfits are coming too, including the fancy Laurel Nymph and Splashing Summer designs, plus deluxe outfits for Changli and Carlotta.

Wuthering Waves is available on PlayStation 5, PC, mobile devices, and will be coming to Steam later this year. With all this new content dropping on June 12, players will have plenty to discover in the world of Solaris-3.
