PC brand MSI has unveiled the new Prestige 13 AI Evo laptop, which the company called “the limelight of the AI laptop era”.
Powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra 5 “Meteor Lake” processor, the new Prestige 13 AI Evo will capitalize on Intel’s integrated NPU (Neural Processing Unit) technology, an AI acceleration core that generates more efficient CPU and GPU computing experience while enhancing power efficiency.
Moreover, Intel has partnered up with over 100 AI-ready applications to accelerate workflow and enhance performances by transitioning workload to NPU.
On the other hand, MSI has also introduced its own MSI AI Engine, which explores different AI-determined user scenarios to automatically adjust the hardware settings without having the users manually set it themselves.
This new laptop will also come with a 2880 x 1800 pixel 2.8K OLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut for better imagery.
Fashioned with a Magnesium-Aluminium Alloy chassis, the Prestige 13 AI Evo measures 16.9mm thick and only weighs 0.99kg with a 75WHrs battery inside, which is up to 50% larger in battery capacity compared to other similar laptops.
Additionally, the laptop is also equipped with a Thunderbolt 4 port with PD fast-charging technology, the latest Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, and an I/O port rearrangement update that includes the following ports:

- 1x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A
- 1x HDMI 2.1
- 1x microSD card reader
- 1x 3.5mm audio
Other notable features include the 1080p IR webcam with support for Windows Hello-compatible face recognition, a fingerprint reader, and a 65W USB-C power supply.
