Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has released more information about the game in preparation for its launch on November 10th, 2023.

The game is a direct sequel to the previous installment, where players can continue their journeys with seamless weapon progression, a selection of Carry Forward content, and a new Campaign that continues the story immediately following the events of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.

Those who have digitally pre-ordered or pre-purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III will receive Early Access to the game’s Campaign on November 3rd, 2023, up to one week prior to the official launch.

The Campaign will offer 15 different missions with a new degree of freedom and adaptability with the addition of Open Combat Missions, which are dispersed throughout the Campaign to create a more intertwined experience with the more traditional missions.

Rewards for the campaigns can be used across Multiplayer, Zombies, and Call of Duty: Warzone, and are available to all players, regardless of whether the Campaign was played during Early Access or not.

Aside from a Campaign mode, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will also feature seminal Multiplayer and an open-world Modern Warfare Zombies experience.

Multiplayer will feature the 16 core maps from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009), which are constructed to maintain authenticity with additional modern features.

Additionally, there will be a new addition to the Gunsmith, Aftermarket Parts, which allow players to modify kits that drastically change a weapon’s function and identity, offering powerful enhancements beyond regular attachments that can unlocked by completing weekly in-game challenges when a weapon reaches its maximum level.

Modern Warfare Zombies will be an open-world experience where a team of multinational Operators assist the members of Operation Deadbolt in taking down the vast undead hordes and a second major enemy threat.

The live event, Call of Duty: Next, had also confirmed that Map Voting, the Classic Minimap, a Silent Movement Perk, “Covert Sneakers”, Increased Health, and other updates to Multiplayer gameplay.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S, and Microsoft Windows.
