Towa Tsugai Releases in Japan in 2023 with Pre-registrations Open

Square Enix has released a new trailer for their upcoming Yuri mobile game, Towa Tsugai along with an announcement for its release date.

The game is set to release on February 16^th, 2023 in Japan with pre-registrations available now for IOS and Android.

In their previous trailer, it tells the story of a lesbian couple on a journey to reunite with one another even if it means defying fate.

This time around, their newly released trailer provides more details on the story of the game.

To summarize, Towa Tsugai takes place in a world that has begun to be eroded by the “Black Sea” with “Demonic Beast” pouring out from them. An organization called CAGE has been created, sending out girls called “Birds” to the frontline to combat the beasts.

These “Birds” form a pair with one another, a “Tsugai”, to keep their hearts strong and move forward.

Their official website has also added new characters and providing a little bit of backstory to each pairs including:

• The Poster duo, Crow and Swan
• The dizygotic twins, Long-tailed and Sparrow
• Childhood friends, Owl and Flamingo
• Mutual Interests, Hummingbird and Crane
• Lone wolfs, Shrike and Swallow

Pre-register for the game now through their official website or on the App Store and Google Play Store respectively and unlock rewards when the game launches such as 3, 000 gems (the premium currency for the game) and one of the birds, “Swan”.
