Comic Fiesta has announced the opening of booth registrations for their 2022 event, set for December this year at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

The booth registration for Comic Fiesta 2022 will encompass both Cosplay and Art categories, with prospective exhibitors having to follow bespoke rules based on the type of booths.

Registration will be open from now until September 15th, with full regulations as well as links to the individual forms here.

Art booths will be split into two types, Premium and Basic, with rental as follows:

• Basic- RM400 rental, 1 tag, 2 x 5 ft table
• Pemium- RM700 rental per table (up to 2), 2 tags per table, 6.5 x 6.5 ft

It should be noted that in the case of Premium Art Booths, you can apply for two booths, though the pricing will simply reflect that (being exactly double the cost).

Additionaly, both booth types may also buy additional tags for RM80 each, with a maximum of 3 additional tags per basic booth.

On the cosplay booth end, you’ll also be able to choose between renting either one or two tables.

These booths will be 6.5 x 6.5 ft in size, and will come with 4 tags, with Comic Fiesta saying you’ll need to have two helpers minimum to help manage any queues.

Comic Fiesta is arguably the largest ACG event in Malaysia’s convention scene, where spots in the event’s artists alley are highly sought after.

Just like with AniManGaki, this year would be the first full return for the convention since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
