Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, accused the company of antitrust violations related to how digital games were distributed and priced on its platform.

Who Is Eligible for the PlayStation Store Refunds?

According to the settlement details, eligible users are those who purchased digital games on the PlayStation Store between April 1, 2019, and December 31, 2023. The key condition is that the games were previously available through physical retail vouchers but were later purchased digitally.

Millions of accounts are expected to qualify, with estimates suggesting over 4.4 million eligible users. Affected titles include major releases such as The Last of Us Part II, God of War collections, LittleBigPlanet 3, Killzone Shadow Fall, and several others spanning different genres.
