Genshin Impact opening Inazuma means lots of new things, and one of them are recipes. Some of these Inazuma recipes be obtainable through quests, while others can simply be found in the shop.

GAZING THREE THOUSAND MILES AWAY
Near Jakotsu Mine, you can speak to Chouji to begin the World Quest. You will need 24 Crystal Marrow to progress the quest for the Imported Poultry Recipe.
GOURMET SUPREMOS
Completing this quest line will unlock the “Breakthrough Thinking” Inazuma Daily Commission, which then gets you the “Importance of Eating Well” World Quest for one more recipe (Sashimi Platter). You can obtain 3 recipes during their quest line, and you can start by finding them outside Ritou:
Assemble! – Sakura Tempura
Seashore Strider – Crab Roe Kourayaki (North of Kujou Encampment)
Deep Divers – Onigiri (Yashiori Island)
Find them one more time in Inazuma City for the On the Road quest.
THE WHISPERS OF THE CRANE AND THE WHITE RABBIT, WITH YOU
You can get the Sakura Mochi recipe during Kamisato Ayaka’s Story Quest.

Dry-Braised Salted Fish is obtainable from Ryouko in Ritou.
Invigorating Kitty Meal is obtained after completing quests from Neko at Asase Shrine. You need to visit her every one real day before you eventually obtain the Shrine Recipe quest, with the recipe from Kiminami Anna. Seirai Stormchasers must be completed first.
