Dressed in ghastly attires, these special heroes – Dragons Harvest arrive into Fire Emblem Heroes as they celebrate the season of Halloween. The banner will be available on 8th October till 8th November.

Dragons Harvest Overview

In this year’s Halloween Banner, the featured units are all related to dragons hence the name Dragon’s Harvest. From top to bottom, we have Fallen Robin from Fire Emblem: Awakening, Xane from Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem, Dheginsea from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn and lastly the Harmonized Duo Tiki from Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem and Ninian from Fire Emblem. Here’s an a deeper look into the featured units:

Fallen Robin (F) – Green Dragon Flier

• Weapon: Moonless Breath (Mt: 16 Rng:1) 

Unit can counterattack regardless of foe’s range. If unit is within 2 spaces of an ally and deals damage to a foe using a Special, restores 30% of unit’s maximum HP. (Triggers even if 0 damage is dealt.) If foe’s range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe’s Def or Res.

• Special: Noontime (2 CD)

Restores HP = 30% of damage dealt.

• Dragonscale (Slot A) 

Neutralizes “effective against flying” bonuses. If foe initiates combat or if foe’s HP = 100% at start of combat, inflicts Atk/Res -6 to foe and grants Special cooldown charge +1 per foe’s attack during combat. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack. Special cooldown charge granted even foe’s Atk = 0.)

• Dragon’s Ire 3 (Slot B) 

If unit’s HP ≥ 50% and foe initiates combat, neutralizes effects that prevent unit’s follow-up attack and unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack.

• Goad Dragons (Slot C)

Grants Atk/Spd +4 to all dragon ally units within 2 spaces during combat.

Xane – Colorless Tome Infantry

• Weapon: Jokers Wild (Mt:14 Rng:2)

Grants HP+5. Unit’s Atk/Spd/Def/Res = highest respective stat from among allies within 2 spaces during combat. (Calculate each stat bonuses independently at start of combat. If unit’s stat is highest, unit’s stat will decrease.

• Assist: Reposition (Rng:1)

Target ally moves to opposite of unit.

• Atk/Res Form 3 (Slot A)

Grants Atk/Res +X to unit during combat. (X = 2 x amount of ally units within 2 spaces+1; max = 7)

• Inf. Hexblade 3 (Slot C)

If adjacent unit uses sword, lance, axe, bow, or dagger, grants Atk/Spd+2 to those allies and calculates their damage using the lower of foe’s Def or Res during combat.

Dheginsea – Red Armored Dragon

• Weapon: Blackfire Breath+ (Mt:14 Rng:1)

If unit is not adjacent to an ally, inflicts Atk/Res -5 on foe during combat and neutralizes foe’s bonuses to Atk/Res (from skills like Fortify, Rally, Etc.) during combat. If foe’s Range = 2 calculates damage using the lower of foe’s Def or Res.

• Special: Draconic Aura (CD: 3)

Boost Damage by 30% of unit’s Atk.

• Sturdy Stance 3 (Slot A) 

If foe initiates combat, grants Atk/Def +6 during combat and inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on foe per attack. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack.)

• Slick Fighter 3 (Slot B)

If unit’s HP ≥ 25% and foe initiates combat, neutralizes penalties on unit during combat and unit makes a guaranteed follow-up.

Tiki & Ninian – Blue Dragon Flier 

• Weapon: Frostfire Breath + (Mt: 16, Rng: 1) 

Effective against dragon foes. Grants Atk+3. If [Bonus] is active on unit, grants Atk/Spd +6 during combat, and also grants bonus to unit’s Atk = total bonuses on unit’s Def and Res x 1.5 during combat. If foe’s Range = 2, calculates damage using the lowest of foe’s Def or Res.

• Assist: Rally Up Spd+ (Rng: 1)

Grants Spd+6 to target ally and allies within 2 spaces of target (excluding unit) for 1 turn.

• Atk/Spd Push 4 (Slot A)

At start of combat, if unit’s HP >= 25%, grants Atk/Spd+7. but after combat, if unit attacked, deals 5 damage to unit.

• Aerobatics 3 (Slot B) 

Unit can move to a space adjacent to any infantry, armored, or cavalry ally within 2 spaces.

• With Everyone! (Slot C)

At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to an ally, grants Def/Res+5 to unit and adjacent allies for 1 turn.

• Harmonized Skill 

Grants [Resonance: Blades] to unit and allies from the same tiles as well.

Grants another action to ally with the highest HP that is within 2 spaces, has already acted, and is from the same tiles as the unit (excluding unit). (Allies with sing or dance can be affected as well).
