Konami has officially announced a new collaboration for its upcoming action RPG Edens Zero, teaming up with Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, another beloved series created by Hiro Mashima. The crossover introduces characters from Fairy Tail, including Natsu Dragneel, Lucy Heartfilia, and Happy, as part of an exciting new playable story.

Edens Zero x Fairy Tail: Crossover Quest Details

The collaboration event, titled “Mysterious Organization Story,” will feature a brand-new quest where Fairy Tail characters join Edens Zero’s universe. Players will get to experience an original storyline involving Natsu, Lucy, and Happy.

Upon completing the quest, players will unlock crossover outfits: Natsu’s equipment for male characters and Lucy’s equipment for female characters. This adds further customization options for fans who want to blend the worlds of Edens Zero and Fairy Tail.

What is Edens Zero?

Edens Zero is an upcoming 3D action RPG based on Hiro Mashima’s manga and anime series of the same name. Known for his work on Rave Master and Fairy Tail, Mashima’s Edens Zero follows Shiki Granbell and his cosmic crew as they explore various planets in a vibrant sci-fi universe.

Players can expect:

• Fully explorable 3D environments across multiple planets
• Voiced cutscenes to enhance storytelling
• Eight playable characters, each with distinct action styles (melee, ranged, magic, and more)
• Over 200 side quests expanding the world of Blue Garden
• Original story content not found in the manga or anime

Deep Customization & Strategic Combat

Edens Zero boasts over 700 pieces of equipment, allowing players to modify both stats and appearance. Importantly, cosmetic changes can be applied without affecting gameplay performance.

Each character can unlock Ether Gear skills, allowing for deeper combat strategies. Additionally, the ship base plays a crucial role, acting as a hub for:

• Upgrading gear
• Buying and selling items
• Cooking meals for party buffs
• Recruiting new allies, including some former enemies

Konami has also teased another major crossover event with a “big title” yet to be revealed.
