Control Ultimate Edition is now available on iPhone and iPad through the App Store. Remedy Entertainment released the mobile version at $4.99 (RM22.90), giving players a new way to experience the award-winning supernatural action-adventure title on portable devices.
Previously, the game was only available on consoles and PC platforms. Now, however, the mobile release allows players to explore the Federal Bureau of Control on supported Apple hardware. As a result, the full Control Ultimate Edition package becomes more accessible to a wider audience.
Control Ultimate Edition Continues Its Multi-Platform Expansion

Control first launched on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via the Epic Games Store on August 27, 2019. One year later, the PC version arrived on Steam. After that, the game expanded to Nintendo Switch through cloud streaming and also launched on Amazon Luna.
Later, Remedy Entertainment released upgraded versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on February 2, 2021. The studio also launched a version for Google Stadia on July 27, 2021. Now, the arrival of the iPhone and iPad version marks another step in the title’s long platform rollout.
Because of this continued expansion strategy, Control Ultimate Edition remains one of Remedy Entertainment’s most widely available releases.
iOS Version Features Touch Optimisation and Ray Tracing Support

Remedy Entertainment adjusted several gameplay systems for mobile devices. For example, the studio refined aiming behaviour and puzzle interactions to better support touch controls. In addition, the interface now fits smaller displays more naturally.
The game also uses Apple’s Metal graphics framework. Therefore, supported devices can enable ray tracing features that improve reflections and lighting quality. These changes help preserve the visual identity that defined the console versions.

As mobile hardware becomes more capable, releases like this demonstrate how developers continue adapting premium titles for portable platforms.
Investigate the Federal Bureau of Control as Jesse Faden

In Control Ultimate Edition, players take control of Jesse Faden as she investigates the secretive Federal Bureau of Control. She searches for answers about her missing brother while confronting a hostile force known as the Hiss.
During combat, players combine telekinetic abilities with the transforming Service Weapon. Consequently, environmental objects become powerful tools during encounters. This system allows players to approach combat creatively instead of relying only on traditional weapons.

Meanwhile, the Bureau’s shifting architecture encourages exploration. Hidden upgrades, side missions, and unusual events appear throughout the facility. Because of this structure, the game continues to reward players who explore beyond the main objectives.
A Strong Example of Console-Quality Gaming Expanding to Mobile

The release of Control Ultimate Edition on iPhone and iPad highlights the growing presence of console-quality experiences on mobile platforms. Importantly, this version includes the complete package with expansions and technical improvements.
At $4.99 (RM22.90), the mobile edition offers an accessible entry point for new players. At the same time, returning players can revisit the story in a portable format. Therefore, this release represents another important milestone in the continued platform expansion of Control Ultimate Edition.
