If you lasted this far with plenty of gems to spare, congratulations because we are going to be spending all of it here. If not, pray that you are able to get Kitasan Black from the free rolls and gems everyone is getting from the first anniversary campaign.

As the anniversary stream has revealed, Kitasan Black is first and foremost a long distance runner, although she will do just fine in medium and mile, the latter requiring some minor gene manipulation. She comes equipped with all the necessary runner skills as well as a new Flash of Wind ability that grants her a speed boost on long straights. Speaking of which, you definitely will want to play to Kitasan Black’s strength and run her in long distances as her unique character grants you both speed and acceleration up on the final long stretch. Conversely, running her in medium and below only gives you a speed boost. So yes, definitely pick Kitasan Black up if you can, considering that she is already specced for the upcoming long distance Champions Meeting. Bear in mind that you will want to have a decent speed card to supplement her trainings.
