World of Warcraft Is Making a Youtube Series About The Making of Wrath of The Lich King To Celebrate The Release of Classic

The World of Warcraft Youtube Channel has released the first episode of a new series looking back at the original Wrath of The Lich King Expansion. This is in part to celebrate the ongoing beta test and the upcoming launch of Wrath of The Lich King Classic which will be released later this year.

“Veteran Blizzard developers Ely Cannon, Art Director, World of Warcraft, Sarah Boulian Verrall, Lead Level Designer, World of Warcraft, and Aaron Keller, Game Director, Overwatch, revisit their time during the development of Wrath of the Lich King sharing their memories and inspirations in creating the varied zones of Northrend.

In this episode of Building Azeroth, Wrath of the Lich King level designers Ely Cannon, Sarah Boulian-Verrall, and Aaron Keller take us on a glacial journey through Northrend to show us what it takes to bring an icebound world to life.”
