17 November 2022 marks the 20th anniversary of Splinter Cell! To celebrate this franchise milestone, the team of Splinter Cell Remake have released a video to talk about the game alongside some special guests.
Celebrating 20 Years of Splinter Cell! Splinter Cell Remake’s Creative Director Chris Auty, Technical Director Christian Carriere, Senior Game Designer Andy Schmoll, and Associate Director of Level Design Zavian Porter, alongside some special guests share their favorite moments from the Splinter Cell games, and talk about how the series innovated the stealth action genre over the years.
While some fans may find it disappointing that there’s no news regarding the remake itself, that shouldn’t stop you from celebrating the 20th anniversary of Splinter Cell. In fact, you can get onboard at where it all began with the Splinter Cell giveaway through the Ubisoft Store where you can get the game for free from 18 November to 30 November 2021.
