SEGA’s free-to-play MMORPG Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis had previously announced a collaboration with Vtuber agency Hololive which will feature some event-themed items featuring talents Shirakami Fubuki, Ninomae Ina’nis and Kageyama Shien.

The collaboration event starts off on the 24th August 2022 and will last until the 21st September 2022 and will be featuring a new AC Scratch Ticket: Virtual Streamer where players can get the chance to receive outfits of the Hololive Vtubers as well as the game’s dedicated Japanese streamer Sabakuro and the Phantasy Star series VTuber Popona.

This is the perfect time for newcomers who are interested in trying out Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis, the event will also be having a Beginner’s Boost Campaign which gives players a +20% boost in EXP and players who log in during the event can also get fan mark stickers for Shirakami Fubuki, Ninomae Ina’nis, and Kageyama Shien.

To commemorate the start of the collaboration event, a dedicated website which features the Hololive talents as tour guides to showcase some of the locations and enemies for the Aelio, Retem and Kvaris Regions in Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis. The website can be found here.
