Level Infinite and SHIFT UP have officially launched the Goddess of Victory: NIKKE 3.5 Anniversary Update. The update, themed “Lights of Hope,” puts fan-favorite character Anis front and center as she returns to her idol roots as the lead singer of T.T. STAR.
Three new characters are joining the roster with this update. Anis: Star brings high-intensity optical weaponry capable of handling both close-range and long-range combat. Neon: Vision Eye was built using ancient V.T.C. technology, making her immune to corruption, Dark Matter, and E2 Crystal. The third character, Avistar, is a calm and detail-oriented member of the Overseer Inspection Unit who also happens to be a devoted Anis fan. Players can grab Avistar for free during the anniversary period.
Five new costumes are also available. The Event Pass offers Rapi: Redhood Shining Light and Dorothy Luna Light. Through the Limited Gacha, players can get Liberalio: Dreaming Lake, Anis: Star Popstar, and a bonus costume called Anis Starlight.
On the story side, the main campaign moves forward with Chapters 45 and 46. The new chapters take the fight into The Lift, described as the tallest structure ever built by mankind, pushing the battlefield higher into the sky.
A new T.T. STAR rhythm mini-game is part of the update, where players time notes to the beat to build up energy for a stage performance. The Outpost has also been decorated for the anniversary, and a new event story map features the concert stage at Arkian Hall, complete with backstage areas and the main stage for T.T. STAR’s final performance.

Other additions include over 30 new Union icons, 3 Skill Uninstallers for limited-time skill resets, and double rewards from Simulation Room, Anomaly Interception, and Daily Missions throughout the anniversary period.
Running from April 18 to May 13, the Global Commander Cheer Campaign lets players earn “Cheer Sticks” support points by logging in daily, visiting the event page, and sharing it on social media. These points count toward seven community milestones that unlock rewards for all players.
Two of those milestones trigger real-world events. The 400K Cheer Sticks milestone, which has already been reached, unlocks a special T.T. STAR video message broadcast at four major landmarks:
- Times Square, New York City (April 23)
- Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Tokyo (April 24)
- N Seoul Tower, Seoul (after sunset, April 24-26)
- Ximending Wuchang Street and MRT Zhongshan Station, Taipei (April 25)
The final milestone at 1,000,000 Cheer Sticks unlocks a live music performance by T.T. STAR at Potters Field Park in London, across from Tower Bridge, on April 30 at 21:00 (UTC+9). Further details on the performance will be shared on NIKKE’s official social channels.
