The series follows the journey of Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and his quest to become King of the Pirates by finding the legendary treasure known as ONE PIECE. The core crew from season one will return, including Mackenyu as Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. Season two introduces several high-profile additions to the cast, with Joe Manganiello stepping into the role of Mr. 0 and Katey Sagal taking on the character of Dr. Kureha. Other notable newcomers include Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, and James Hiroyuki Liao as Ipponmatsu.

The creative team remains consistent, with Matt Owens and Joe Tracz serving as co-showrunners and executive producers. Original manga creator Eiichiro Oda continues his involvement as an executive producer, alongside Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements through Tomorrow Studios, which produces the series in partnership with Netflix and Shueisha.
The series maintains its position as a significant adaptation of Japan’s highest-selling manga series, promising to deliver more of the grand adventures and complex narratives that made the first season a global success.
