Capcom has announced that Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection will launch on March 27, 2026. The collection will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. This ensures both longtime fans and new players can access the series easily.
The announcement follows a post from PlayStation UK, which was later deleted. Screenshots and video links have circulated online, confirming the release date. Capcom has now provided full details of what players can expect from this collection.
Seven Games in One Collection

The collection includes all seven mainline Mega Man Star Force titles. Players can enjoy Mega Man Star Force Leo, Dragon, and Pegasus, followed by Mega Man Star Force 2 Zerker x Ninja and Zerker x Saurian, and concluding with Mega Man Star Force 3 Black Ace and Red Joker. These games cover the series’ evolution during the Nintendo DS era.
Capcom also includes bonus features. The collection offers a gallery of illustrations and music. Players can also battle and trade cards online. While the gameplay remains faithful to the originals, Capcom has updated it to enhance the experience on modern platforms.
A Sci-Fi Adventure with Heart

Set in the year 220X, Mega Man Star Force follows 11-year-old Geo Stelar. He struggles with the disappearance of his astronaut father. One night, Geo encounters Omega-Xis, an alien made of electromagnetic waves. This event changes his life and sets him on a thrilling adventure.

The gameplay blends fast-paced action with a card-based system. This combination rewards both strategy and quick thinking. It remains a key feature that distinguishes Star Force from other mainline titles.
Online Features and Community Play

Capcom highlights the enhanced online features. Players can battle and trade cards with friends and others worldwide. An English release date trailer is already available, with a Japanese version expected soon.
Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection preserves classic titles while adding modern updates. Fans can look forward to revisiting this unique era of the franchise on March 27, 2026.
