During the THQ Nordic Showcase, developed by Nine Rocks Games’ Way of the Hunter will be coming out for console devices such as PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X & S and for PC in just around 4 more days, as hunting season will be starting on 16th August.

In Way of the Hunter, players will be stepping in to take over your grandfather’s small but high-end meat business located in the Pacific Northwest. Although, upon your arrival, you find out a rival has taken over the entire region with illegal and unethical methods of hunting.

Unamused by your rival’s improper ways of the hunt, it’s up to you to become  the new owner of a hunting lodge nestled among gorgeous habitats in this open world game.

Animal, and animal herd movements are incredibly sophisticated, and together with hyper-realistic firearms handling and bullet physics, it virtually guarantees an unforgettable, adventurous escape to nature which can be experienced by playing alone or with a friend, in multiplayer co-op.

By the way, just in case you still miss your car: There’s an off-road vehicle for you to roam around with which acts as your mobile HQ. But much more important than your sensible driving style would be your ethical hunting strategy.
