Looking at the Higan: Eruthyll official website, there’s a find print notice regarding the closed beta which says that the Play Now button will allow for pre-download of the game on 29 August before the servers go live on 1 September. It might suggest there will be no limit for closed beta access to the turn-based strategy RPG, though it will definitely be better to wait on official news instead of speculating hopefully.
