Dragon Quest of the Stars has achieved 500k pre-registrations according to the official Facebook page. The milestones have been accordingly upgraded, to 3,000 gems and 5 Lucky Chest Tickets. Gems are noted to be used in drawing Lucky Chests, recover stamina, reviving the party and more. Lucky Chest Tickets draw Lucky Chests, to provide strong equipment. As appreciation for Closed Beta players, they will also receive 3,000 gems and an exclusive badge.
The 300,000 milestone would originally have given to 3,000 gems and 3 Lucky Chest Tickets. The game would have had a presence at Taipei Game Show 2020, but due to the coronavirus concerns, that naturally did not come to pass.
The game should be available for some players to pre-install, but the actual game will only go live on 25 February 2020, 02:00 UTC going by a screenshot from Reddit user Bulbidavid:
