All Eyes Above has officially been announced for PC via Steam, introducing a new cel-shaded cooperative first-person shooter focused on teamwork, fast-moving battles, and survival in a devastated world. Developed by Ultimate Studio, the upcoming title supports up to four players and features a full 10-mission campaign. No release date has been confirmed at the time of writing.
All Eyes Above Brings Four-Player Co-Op Action to PC

Designed around multiplayer teamwork, All Eyes Above places players in squads of up to four elite soldiers. The game blends first-person shooting mechanics with mobility tools, ship management systems, and objective-based missions.
Unlike traditional arena shooters, the battlefield in All Eyes Above is constantly moving. Players will battle across mobile platforms and transport ships while trying to stay alive in dangerous combat zones. This adds a dynamic layer of strategy where positioning, movement, and coordination become essential.
The game’s cel-shaded visual style also helps it stand out, giving the action a bold comic-book-inspired presentation.
Story Set in a World Controlled by a Deadly Satellite Network

The world of All Eyes Above has been devastated by the Archangel satellite system, a powerful network that destroys anything it detects in motion. Civilization has nearly collapsed, forcing the last surviving cities to remain hidden.
One of the few surviving havens is Heaven17, a secret city struggling to survive with limited resources. Players take on the role of Riders, elite operatives tasked with protecting Heaven17 while fighting hostile forces known as the Oppressors.
This creates a survival-focused sci-fi setting where every mission could determine whether humanity’s final refuge lives or falls.
High-Speed Combat With Grapples, Harpoons, and Ship Repairs

Gameplay in All Eyes Above goes beyond standard gunplay. Players can use grapples and harpoons to board enemy transports, traverse moving ships, and outmaneuver enemies mid-battle.
At the same time, squads must manage their own vessel by repairing systems and maintaining control during combat. This combination of shooter mechanics and cooperative multitasking could make All Eyes Above especially appealing for players who enjoy teamwork-heavy multiplayer experiences.
The developers have also confirmed that players can exploit the Archangel system itself as part of combat tactics, hinting at additional strategic depth.
10-Mission Campaign Promises Cinematic Co-Op Battles

The full campaign will feature 10 missions where players raid enemy ships, secure Angelite fuel, repel Oppressor attacks, and avoid detection from the satellite network above.
Because missions revolve around both offense and survival, All Eyes Above may appeal to fans of games like cooperative tactical shooters and objective-driven multiplayer experiences.
All Eyes Above Release Date Still Unannounced

Currently, All Eyes Above is confirmed only for PC via Steam, with no announced versions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, or Nintendo Switch 2.
There is also no launch window yet, meaning players will need to wait for future updates from Ultimate Studio.

With its stylish cel-shaded visuals, mobile battlefield concept, and strong cooperative focus, All Eyes Above is already shaping up as one of the more interesting upcoming PC shooters to watch in 2026.
