For once, her arrival was not one that is unexpected, since the game threw hints of Manhattan Cafe’s inclusion by the mere facts that the upcoming Champion’s Meeting would be a long track and CV Ogura Yui to the livestream. Best of all, her abilities are in line with what has been expected of her, though with some minor changes.

As one would be able to infer from the image above, Manhattan Cafe will function as your long distance betweener, although she can be tweaked somewhat to become a chaser or run in the middle distance tracks. Unlike the past couple of additions with odd training bonuses, Manhattan Cafe comes with a whooping 30% bonus in stamina, so getting her numbers to SS should not be difficult. Conveniently enough, she comes with a gold heal although you might wish to opt for ones that are more reliable such as cooldown and arc maestro. Her marquee ability however is that she comes built in with stamina greed, which doubles as both a healing skill and a debuffing skill, making her fearsome on long tracks. That said, it has been somewhat nerfed for that reason alone, so we will have to see what the numbers translate to in practical usage.
