SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have announced that Yakuza 3 Remastered will no longer be sold as a standalone digital purchase following the release of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties. The game will instead only be available through the Yakuza Complete Series bundle. Yakuza 3 Remastered currently sells for $19.99 as a standalone title on PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and PC through Steam, GOG, Humble Store, and Microsoft Store. Once the change takes effect, players looking to purchase the game digitally will need to buy the Yakuza Complete Series bundle, which is priced at $129.99.
The release of “Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties” is now less than one month away. Everyone at the studio has poured their hearts into creating this title, and we are truly looking forward to the day everybody can finally play it.

The bundle is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. PlayStation players have another option through the physical Yakuza Remastered Collection, which bundles Yakuza 3 Remastered, Yakuza 4 Remastered, and Yakuza 5 Remastered together. This physical collection can be purchased from retailers like Amazon, Play-Asia, and VGP for around $29.99.

In a statement, Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio confirmed that players who already own the game will keep access to their copies. The studio thanked fans for their support and feedback from communities worldwide, stating they value staying true to their creative vision with upcoming releases. Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties launches on February 12 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
