Nintendo has announced that it released Nintendo Today, a free smartphone app that brings daily content to users in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Thailand starting today. The app works like a digital calendar, showing users a variety of information and entertainment each day.
Users can choose which game series they want to follow, meaning the content they see each day reflects their personal gaming interests. Whether users are fans of platformers like Super Mario and Donkey Kong, adventure games like The Legend of Zelda, or life simulation titles like Animal Crossing, they can tailor their daily feed to match their preferences.

The character animations that appear on the calendar change based on the selected series, adding a personal touch to the daily experience. Users receive daily updates based on their selected game series, including news, videos, and comics.
The app also displays an event schedule showing game release dates, in-game events, and Nintendo Direct presentation times. Users can sync this schedule with their device’s built-in calendar app—Google Calendar on Android or the Calendar app on iOS—to view events alongside their personal appointments.

The app also offers home screen widgets, allowing users to see their calendar and daily content without opening the app. Anyone with a Nintendo Account and a compatible smartphone can download the appat no cost.
