Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive have officially announced that development on Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine III is now underway, following the successful launch of Space Marine II. No platforms or release window have been confirmed at this early stage.

“We’re pleased to announce that the development for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine III has officially begun at Focus Entertainment, Saber Interactive and Games Workshop,” stated Focus Entertainment in their announcement. The publisher added that updates on the new title will be shared “when the time is right,” emphasizing that their current focus remains on “delivering the best possible content for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II players.”

John Bert, Deputy CEO of Focus Entertainment publishing, expressed enthusiasm about the franchise’s future: “We have been honored by the incredible response from fans following the launch of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II. Regarding the third installment, Karch stated: “We are now starting to develop Space Marine 3, a game that carries with it tremendous expectations from our rapidly expanding fanbase. We view this as an opportunity to create a true love letter to the Warhammer 40,000 universe.”
