ASUS ROG Archer Backpack 15.6 Unboxing – Carrying your gaming arsenal on your back

I feel like we tend to neglect the backpacks we have until we get one that’s missing a pocket or two, and you realize what you really want from a bag. Well, the ROG Archer Backpack 15.6 Model looks like it can ensure the practical gamer in everyone can carry everything you’d need. As it says on its product page;

FORM FACTOR

As stated, it has three carrying options: on your back, as a messenger bag, or a carry-on. You can see all the hooks in its place for the relevant attachments to suit your style. I’d definitely prefer a backpack for more even weight distribution.

Aside from the logo on the bottom left with the zippers having the ROG text, the black bag is pretty understated and won’t scream ‘gamer’ at first glance. If you need discretion, this bag should be well suited. The exterior is home to a few more pouches, all blending into the black for a seamless look.

The inside is this silver which reminds me of a spaceship’s innards. Not something you’ll pay attention to, but nice nonetheless.

FUNCTION

More zips, straps and pouches await within with different depths, so you can really segregate all your accessories to their own area. Handy for not tangling the wires!

Stuff in anything from your mouse to Nintendo Switch and keyboard, and you’re good to go. I do like having so many compartments, always for the “just in case use” and have things be easier to find, really.
