If you love cats or Yo-kai Watch, we got a good news for you! The Yo-kai Watch franchise just get a new mobile title – Yo-kai Watch World today, and you can now download it from the App Store or Google Play Store in Japan!

Developed and published by Level-5 and GungHo Online Entertainment, it is a location-based game where yo-kai from the Yo-kai Watch series such as Jibanyan and Komasan will appear in the real world. You will be able to battle them – winning a battle allows you to befriend them, you can then train them to fight even stronger yo-kai.

Your yo-kai can follow nearby players to new areas too and brings back another yo-kai or even some souvenirs. Also, you can plant trees at your discovered location to attract yo-kai (yo-kai gathers around trees).
