Wargaming has announced the seventh collaboration between World of Warships and naval game RPG from Yostar Azur Lane, introducing a wave of new content for seafaring enthusiasts. The partnership adds several themed vessels, commanders, and cosmetic items to the free-to-play naval combat game.
The collaboration introduces four new themed ships to World of Warships: the German Tier X cruiser AL Hindenburg, American special premium Tier IX battleship AL Kearsarge, German Tier VIII battleship AL Bismarck, and Italian special premium Tier VII cruiser AL Gorizia. Five characters from Azur Lane will also join as commanders: Hindenburg, Kearsarge, Gorizia, Admiral Graf Spee, and Scharnhorst.
Additionally, several Azur Lane ship skins from World of Warships: Legends are making their way to the main game, including the Italian Tier VII cruiser AL Zara, American Tier VII battleship AL Colorado, German special premium Tier VII battleship AL Scharnhorst, and German special premium Tier VI cruiser AL Admiral Graf Spee. The update rounds out with four new flags, a patch, and returning content from previous collaborations.
The May update also coincides with an Operation Dynamo Event Pass commemorating the 85th anniversary of the Dunkirk evacuation, featuring two progression lines where players can earn containers, visual effects, and permanent camouflages. A limited-time strategic event will allow players to use cards representing the Little Ships of Dunkirk to earn special rewards.

Players can also test their skills in the new Perilous Route game mode, which challenges participants to escort a damaged Command Ship while fighting off waves of enemy vessels. The May update also includes the departure of Soviet Submarines from Early Access, continued construction of the Tier IX German Premium heavy cruiser Blücher 1939, and new Ranked Battles and Brawls.
