Jian Xia Qing Yuan R has started its open beta test in Malaysia and Singapore. This remake of the original wuxia-inspired MMORPG, Jian Xia Qing Yuan PC game contains a number of different modes for PvP and PvE for players to sink their swords into.

We listed each of the Jian Xia Qing Yuan R PvP and PvE modes that you can join when entering the battle between Song and Jin:

Jian Xia Qing Yuan R PvE

Field Mission

In the game, once a player is level 18 or above, you can pick up a series of weekly quests from the Wild Old Man NPC, with 30 quests in each mission. The quests usually require players to complete a variety of small tasks such as fighting monsters, conversing with certain characters, fetching items, and improving stats. 

There’s a lot of them but they aren’t super demanding and you may find yourself just completing them as you play through more of the game. You can do a maximum of 3 missions per week (that’s 90 quests).

In addition to rewards of silver and experience, players can also choose one of three random rewards for every 10 tasks they’ve completed. Even if you don’t complete all 30 quests in a week, you can still accumulate the number of quests completed for the next week!

Dragon Gate Escort Bureau

Every day from 10:00 to 22:00 MYT, the Dragon Gate Escort Bureau will receive a large number of goods that need to be transported.

Players above level 28 can find the NPC Lu Sanqin, boss of the Escort Bureau, and accept the commission to transport and protect their cart. If you can transport the package to the designated destination within 10 minutes, you’ll be rewarded with a generous amount of silver taels, Xuan crystals, and gold treasures.

In addition to transporting your own package, you can also become a bandit and rob other people of theirs.

Dragon Vein Quest

Once you are above level 22, you will be able to find a court recruiter NPC to participate in the Dragon Vein Quest. After obtaining the Dragon Vein Map, you can go to the designated coordinates to dig for treasure. Whenever you have a Dragon Vein Map on hand, remember to use it for treasure hunting!

Feng Ling Du Play

In Feng Ling Du, there will be several ferry trips every day from 11:00, 13:00, 17:00, 20:00 pm, and 23:30 pm. Players will be able to board the ship within the first five minutes after the event opens and battle their way through a swarm of pirates. 

To win the rewards, players will need to compete with other teams and defeat the leader of the pirates on the boat.

If a player manages to kill the leader of the pirates, all the players on their team will be rewarded for their contribution and there is a chance that equipment will be dropped. 

Players who are seriously injured on the ship will be transported out of the event and will not be able to board the ferry again. So before you follow your guild onto the ship, it is best to formulate a solid strategy first.

Jian Xia Qing Yuan R PvP

Gold Leaders

The Golden Leaders event will open at 16:00 and 22:00 every day except Thursday and Sunday at 22:00. This is where you go hunting for five special boss battles each day. The event will last for half an hour, the five leaders’ attributes and locations will appear on the map, at which point you can go and defeat them.

Once all the bosses have been defeated, the event will end and players will be rewarded with various valuable rewards such as Golden Atlas, Imperial Treasure Chest, Heavenly Tonic Stones, Cloak Materials, and more based on the number of bosses defeated and the damage ranking.

Guild Fire

From 19:15 to 19:25 every night, players will have a guild fire time, during which they can gain a lot of experience. There will be a number of treasure chests on the ground to collect. Up to five a day per person.

World Leader

At the end of the guild fire, the world leader event will start at 7:30. At this point, players from the same guild will enter the map to fight the world chief. The damage volume of the chief is quite high, so if you are not careful you may get wiped out.

After the event, in addition to a number of currency rewards, there will be a guild auction and an all-services auction where players can bid on secrets, cloak ascending materials, gold equipment diagrams, and building materials.

Boiling Wine Gathering

On Mondays and Fridays at 21:00, guild members will protect their wine cellar in the guild base and kill a group of intruding plunderers for a chance to win cloak materials, gold equipment charts, and building materials.

Song and Jin Battlefield

Once you reach level 25, you will be able to join the battlefield at a fixed time, where you will randomly join either the armies of Song of Jin.

Bad Wolf Invasion

On Thursdays and Sundays at 20:00, the game will launch the Bad Wolf Invasion event, where new enemies will Spawn throughout the field map and players will need to kill them to earn points.

Different points will be awarded depending on the type of enemy killed. If you can quickly kill a powerful boss in the battle, you can get rich rewards like a golden atlas, a gift box of your choice, and a good secret book.
