Toge Productions will release their new tactical game Vanaris Tactics on Xbox and Nintendo Switch on March 2nd, 2023.

Developed by a Brazillian solo developer, Matheus Reis, Vanaris Tactics is a short narrative tactical RPG about refugees fleeing their occupied motherland. The game tells the story of Morgana in her struggle to escape passed the walls of Vanaris, accompanied by her brother, Nigel, and her young nephew, Adrien. Together, they aim to unite the people and rise up against their oppressors.

Here are the details about the game listed in its latest press release:

• A rich blend of tactics and fantasy RPG, Vanaris Tactics implements an intuitive turn-based combat system inspired by the golden age of turn-based tactics games.
• Different combinations of weapons and accessories to see a unit’s playstyle change drastically.
• Various skills and status effects to utilize to aid the allies and cripple the enemies.
• A vast land of Vanaris to explore, discover powerful treasures, and hear untold stories.

Vanaris Tactics is also important since it will be the first game published by Toge Productions (A Space For The Unound, Coffee Talk) outside of Southeast Asia. It shows that Indonesian publisher is truly expanding into the global gaming market.

Vanaris Tactics is now available for Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S for $9.99 USD or RM23.50.

The game is also available for PC via Steam.
