Japan-based game developer Denyusha has just launched Underground Girl in the Dragon Labyrinth, its latest escape x RPG x action hybrid game for the Android and iOS platforms.
While it sounds like a mess on paper, the genre blends work fairly well here as they are all very seamless here to some extent. The game at its core is a dungeon crawler with a very simple story involving players taking on the role of a hero who has to embark on a quest traversing a labyrinth while getting help from the titular underground girl.
The whole affair is tongue in cheek and does not take itself seriously as there is much meta humour going on here. To say that Underground Girl in the Dragon Labyrinth is a satirical take on the genre would not be too far fetched. If you like what you see here be sure to give this a spin and do let us know in the comments below as to what you think about it.
