Tower of Fantasy is not having the smoothest of launch days, with players reporting of getting stuck in queue. The devs are aware of people being unable to enter their chosen server, and are working on a fix.

It might differ depending on which server you’re on, but don’t be surprised if you do get into queue trying to play Tower of Fantasy. The actual waiting time shouldn’t be that long, but again, this can vary on your own experience. More servers are planned for the future, at the very least.
You can also come across players saying their game has crashed on trying to re-enter, their accounts getting lost, disconnections, and so forth under the official tweet acknowledging the issues. The devs will certainly have much to address for the live release, so stay tuned for further updates regarding fixes and related compensation, if any.
