Netmarble joins in the festive spirit by introducing a new The King of Fighters Christmas Character, Winter Love Messenger B. Jenet to its mobile game. B. Jenet joins the roster of characters given the Christmas makeover, like Winter Holiday Yuri Sakazaki and Winter Holiday Leona.
As a Green Balance character, Winter Love Messenger B. Jenet can provide great bonuses to the rest of your team. She brings to the table a Skill Effect that provides Hyper Armor, giving your other character super armor and making them immune to damage for three seconds. This further leads to two seconds of skill freeze.
If that does not persuade you to get her, then her leader skill would. It increases the ATK and power charge of other Green characters by 45% and 20% respectively. Green characters surely feel the festive spirit when teamed up with the Winter Love Messenger.
Players can unlock Winter Love Messenger B. Jenet and other past iterations of holiday characters by participating in the Winter Fighter Selection Event. You can also earn Souls for the character of your choice. Don’t take too long to choose, as this event is available until 6th January!
Further fleshing out the lore to some of the characters is the addition of new winter stories.
There is also a “Catch the Little Thief” event. Players get the chance to save Christmas by chasing after a Santa lookalike who has been out stealing presents.
In addition, players can fight Winter Holiday Chang Koehan in the Team Relay Dungeon. You can challenge him until 10th January.
