Ahead of The DioField Chronicle launching later this September, you can try out a demo of the game available today on Playstation and Xbox. The DioField Chronicle demo will be available on PC via Steam on 11 August 2022, 01:00 JST.
The demo consists of five episodes of Chapter One, with save data available to transfer to the full game. From the prologue to episode two, for example, you’ll be able to see how Andrias Rhondarson, Fredret Lester, and Izelair Wigan joined the mercenary unit. You’ll also find out how they meet Iscarion Colchester, a self-styled “knight errant” who had been fighting alone without being bound to any company. Additionally, you can experience some of the “map gimmicks” that will appear in Chapter One. How will you utilize them as part of your strategy?
Here’s the Steam Store Page’s game overview:
The era of myths gives way to an era of great turmoil…
The world of men is mired by an age of war which rages for year on end.
A band of elite mercenaries calling themselves Blue Fox arise amidst the flames and the chaos, their fates and valiant deeds to be sung of in ages yet to come.
But when all is said and done, will the name “Blue Fox” come to signify hope or darkest tragedy?
