The upcoming sandbox 3D mobile action shooter game from NetEase – Terminator 2: Judgment Day will have its beta test starting soon in China. Recently, NetEase introduces us to its new multiplayer mode which it looks generally similar to Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds.

The multiplayer survival mode will allow 24-48 players to join a deathmatch, where you can choose to play solo or form a duo/4-man squad to fight for victory together. Similar to PUBG, you will land at a random location on the map with a parachute when the match starts. Then, you will need to search around and fight the other players for weapons, ammo and other resources.

The playable area of the map will slowly shrink as the battle progress too. If you don’t want to battle face-to-face with your opponent at certain times, you can also flee the war zone by various vehicles.

The actual release date for Terminator 2: Judgment Day is unknown yet. The game will probably only release in Chinese version, but we hope there will be an English version for global players too! At the meantime, you can visit their official website for more information and updates.
