Team Spirit took a dominating lead being 2 games up, before PSG.LGD finally broke out their emergency xiao8 drafts to force the equalizer game. Going the distance for such an incredible series – a Cinderella story, or the bridesmaid – has been simply a treat. Team Spirit almost didn’t even qualify to the event, yet they managed to put PSG.LGD at the brink after destroying predictions all over the world.

Regardless of the result, Team Spirit’s Yatoro had been on a spectacular tear, scooping up 3 out of 7 rampages in the event, and going a 13-game streak of not playing the same hero. Of course, for PSG.LGD themselves, the caliber they possess is eye-watering, with a legacy and many expectations they doubtless carried into the booth.
