Subset Gamers, the developers of the venerated FTL has announced a new game, known simply as Into The Breach. A slightly different genre from FTL, Into The Breach is a turn-based strategy title where you fight off an alien invasion using mecha. The trailer below should highlight some gameplay elements:
As you will be able to gather from watching the video, the game is fairly straightforward, although if FTL is any indicator, the game is going to be a lot more difficult than it makes out to be. Of course, if you are fan of Subset Games, this is already a given.

For the time being, the game has only been announced for Windows, Mac, and Linux at this time, although you should probably expect the game to make its way to the mobile platform, particulary iOS, down the line.
