Maintaining their streak of releasing games for the smartphone, Square Enix announced a new addition to its Final Fantasy series. In the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu, the Japan-based game developers revealed that it will be releasing Final Fantasy Explorers-Force, a new multiplayer action RPG which is due for Android and iOS in Japan sometime in 2017.
As it is a tradition with the franchise, players will be able to form a party from a pool of jobs that will be particularly familiar if you are well-versed with the Final Fantasy franchise. Once you have assembled your team, you will embark on adventures to vanquish your enemies. The Trance ability is also present in this game, granting your characters with potent killing power.
Everything from here on out is just mere speculation, so do expect more official information down the line.
