Players logging in to The Division 2 will be getting Title Update 6.1 (TU 6.1) 10 December, bringing in the themed in-game event, Situation: Snowball. Some of Washington D.C.’s most elusive enemies are out and about celebrating, wearing a bright red Santa Hat and taunting you about it! Taking them down will drop a new, exclusive weapon that shoots snowballs.
When you login between 10 December and 7 January, you’ll get your own Santa Hat too! The Silent Night apparel event is also in TU 6.1. It features a dark winter theme, with 35 new apparel items to collect in The Silent Night Apparel Cache. Logging in during the event will give one free key, while Year One Pass holders earn a bonus three keys, until the event ends.
Players can also choose to purchase Apparel Event caches with Premium Credits to send as gifts to friends and clan members.
Additionally, a beta version of the new Hardcore Mode also comes with TU 6.1. Death is permanent in this mode, making The Division 2‘s campaign the ultimate Agents’ challenge. Be tactical and careful to see how far you can get. Playing in co-op can give you a better chance to reach the endgame and overcome Washington D.C.’s threats and enemies.
